    Food kept getting delayed. When the driver arrived, half of my drink had spilt in the bag which eventually spilt on my carpet all the way to my kitchen.

    Driver was apparently at the McDonalds for nearly an hour waiting for the food- which is not slightly credible for a McDonalds. When the food arrived it had obviously been sat for ages all hot items were cold and all cold/frozen items were melted. Last time I tip a courier in advance! Absolutely appalling service

    Food was average temperature; needed to reheat again!!! No urgency from driver to get food to doorstep. Not sure I use this service?!? It’s slow.
