order said ready to collect, went in and the woman had no idea what i was talking about. lots of fuss, and ended up being given the wrong things in the end

The driver was rude in the phone to me and also refused to come up the stairs to deliver my food I had to take my 3 year old down 2 floors in his jammys to collect the food where the driver was sitting in his car waiting
