From resturant to door was almost half an hour, so food arrived cold. Normal drive time is 10 minutes...

Hi Anthanasios Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback, glad to here you enjoyed the burger and shakes. Were sorry to hear the fries were not up to the quality they are usually prepared at. All orders once prepared our put in our hot box to keep the items fresh and hot, however once they leave the restaurant they are at the whim to the driver and weather conditions ( unfortunately things we cant control) We appreciate the feedback though Team MEAT
