food was so cold and all soggy, delivery time kept extending from like 9pm all the way till 9:40pm which is ridiculous. i ordered as it said 25-35 min delivery and it took nearly an hour longer than that

I understand that your order took a long time to match with a delivery driver and I do apologise, but unfortunately we have no control over whether a driver accepts or not. Regarding the food temperature, we keep your order hot at the restaurant until the driver picks it up, but after they collect we have no control over how they maintain that temperature. 1 hour wait for cold chips and lukewarm burger
