My milkshake was missing and just eat have refused to pay me back. Very bad customer service on just eats behalf and the restaurant should check everything is in the bag before it leaves the restaurant. Those milkshakes are expensive and a very rare treat.

I bought the plain Jane burger, which was a mistake - most expensive beef patty and bun EVER. I don’r like cheese so I had to ask for it without, so there was practically nothing to this, no sauce, no lettuce, nothing. Thank goodness I added a grilled onion slice. This cost me nearly £13. I won’t be ordering from here again.
