A barbecued clay oven preperation, one of the best amongst aromatic cuisine. These dishes have been marinated in yoghurt with tandoori herbs and spices, then barbecued over flames of burning charcoal in a clay oven. This method of cooking preserves all the goodness of the food and imparts a lovely aroma and flavour. Served with fresh salad and yoghurt relish. Instant clay oven prepared nan breads are highly recommended with these dishes.

It is a combination of some of our oriental medium spices mixed with fragrant rice (basmati) and slowly fried in ghee (clarified butter). Served with a medium spiced vegetable curry. Mushroom can also be mixed with any other dishes on request for an extra 50p.

All the dishes are juicy and moist, comprising of cooked onion and tomatoes, flavoured with green peppers, herbs and freshly ground garam massala to give the exotic aroma. Cooked carefully in a work the Benapolian style of sizzling hot iron pot. Highly recommended. It is commonly eaten with a naan bread or tandoori roti.

These are extremely hot. Ceylon cooked with coconut, it is hotter than madras. Phall is one of the hottest. Only prepared for those daring hot curry eaters, hot enough to lift the roof off your mouth.

Very mild creamy curry sweetly flavoured with almonds and coconut. Highly recommended for non curry eaters and for those keen on creamy curries.
