Food arrived cold, I've never had an issue before but it seems they've chosen to go for a polystyrene box instead of the usual card box. This made the food sweat inside leading to soggy batter and very quick heat loss. I ordered the regular cod and it was tiny. tasted okay but would definitely recommend steering away from the polystyrene containers.

chips taste like warm ups. fish batter was not cooked and fish not cooked. we won't order from them again.
