Food is tasty but I just don’t know if I. An order from here again as it takes what seems like an age, site stated 35-55 min delivery, estimate was 55+ and meal finally arrived after 1hr 45mins, it was so cold we had to reheat it.

Absolutely gutted the food quality was so good but ordered quarter duck and didn’t get hoisin sauce, spring onion and cucumber. Such a shame as the rest of it was fantastic

Delivered on time but pre-order states 30-35 mins delivery but when order placed stated 1hr - 1hr 20. Order did arrive within 1hr/1hr 20 time slot but a little mis-leading.

Hi Cathy. Before we open, justeat gives an estimated time (we have no control in this), but until we actually accept the order ourselves, thats when the time tends to be more accurate as we know how busy we are so can give customers a more accurate time frame. Thanks
