Tuesday 25 June 2024Was expecting fresh smash burgers for the price if I’m honest but they were definitely frozen pattys. Brisket was fatty and not nice really, burger bun was nice, fries alright. Just disappointed by the burger meat

Monday 06 May 2024Usually we have no real complaints but this order was missing the slaw that was ordered, had one regular fries as cheesy fries, and no bacon on one burger that was an extra. One bun top was also burnt enough to make it inedible. The burger itself was fine, as was the other burger. The fries were hot, albeit not in containers, so the cheese was caught on the wrapping and made separation difficult. As I say, we usually have no complaints. Sadly today wasn't the day.

Friday 26 April 2024The driver was apologetic,very friendly guy but he seemed incapable of finding my house despite clear instructions being given on the order. Eventually I had to stand outside and direct him on the phone rather in shed dog fashion.
