Ordered food just after 1am, never had any update on order, tried calling restaurant numerous times and couldn’t get through. 3.30am food had still not arrived. By this time I had given up. Woke up the following day saying that the food had been delivered at 4am however the receptionist at the hotel wasn’t aware of any delivery at that time. So ended up with no food but have still been charged for this. I would appreciate my money back as I am not pleased with this experience.
