1 hour to deliver ribs less than a mile away which was (and weighed it) 163.7g with chips for £18. dry and absolutely no sauce. 2 years I've been ordering from them and I get this. you won't see me again.

I was unhappy with my order from Miller & Carter because I asked for bacon and mustard condiment and got a salsa instead. Also I purchased an £8 Banoffee pie and never received it. I’ll think twice before using Miller & Carter.

Although food was on time or in the timescale given, it seems driver went in the opposite direction from me so would assume he had more then one delivery that was picked up at the same time. Food was barely warm when opened and burger was not even close to pink whether that was down to it continuing to cook whilst driver delivered another order or was just cooked this way in the first place I am not sure. From an establishment like Miller and Carter and the cost for the actual amount food in the order I would have expected better.

Beef is a labour of love at Miller & Carter. We put everything into pursuing the perfect steak, from the field to the butcher’s block to the grill, so only the finest, most flavoursome cuts make your plate. We are not able to provide delivery and self-collection meals for guests with food allergies or intolerances at this time. However, we can cater for specific dietary requirements at our restaurant so please visit and eat in with us instead.
