missing the wedge, not the steak but no option to state that part of the order is missing and not the full order which is odd. Unsure ho you request a part refund? Annoying part of the order is missing when it is not a cheap meal!

Mind shattering, mind blowing, burger was amazing, ratatouille flavourful, fries potatoey, (that a word?) meh, what can I say the main course was perfectly contrasted and then there was the desert, the browney... Thick but soft, gooey and satisfyingly sweet with the strawberries, will order again! But not now, I'm full.

Food was cold oversalted, steak done Well instead of medium, absolutely disappointing for price and name of company, me and my husband wasn't able to eat that. Called to restaurant moone pick up the phone

The food was amazing. The steak bundle, came with more food then expected. The steak size was great for the price. The only thing I would say, is due to cooking times and transport, I would maybe order your steak on the rarer side. As I ordered medium and when it arrived there was very little to no pink to be seen, so more over done for me. But still very jucy and tender, but I put this down to the resting time and transport as its not the same as being in the restaurant and being served instantly. Great food. Highly recommended it.

Unfortunately the bottom part of the bun was a soggy mess and couldnt be picked up and eaten. Ended up throwing the bottom half away as it was inedible. Possibly due to the fact it was dripping sauce everywhere. TOO MUCH SAUCE GUYS!! Otherwise the burger and steak tasted great.

I ordered baby potatoes with my steak and was sent fries covered in salt which I didn't want. The mac & cheese on the order was stone cold so couldn't eat it so all I ended up eating was the steak

Only half of the order arrived, nothing was complete, restaurant called to say a bag had been left behind and to call the driver, there is no function to contact driver on here, driver arrived with one bag, by the time we tried calling restaurant and got put to answering machine 5 times we gave up, driver had another order to drop, a few bits were edible by the time we ate them, the rest cold, such a shame because on a good day it can be a very nice meal but I'm put off ordering again

service was shocking bearing in mind we spent £158. we were missing several items like, onion bread, sauces, popcorn sauce , all toppings for the nachos including beef extra. overall service was disgraceful, very rude on the phone & miller and carter were blaming it on just eat where we just wanted someone to take account ability for making a mistake and to rectify their mistake. this ruined our evening and to top it off we had to go collect the items from the restaurant after them making mistakes. won’t be ordering again with them anytime soon!

Really friendly and polite driver, quick delivery, insane food!! I just sat and ate Miller and Carter truffle Mac and cheese I’m my pjs watching married at first sight… happiest person alive right now!! Did not know they did deliveries but am so happy they do!
