Dry, tough and tasteless. Not sure what happened tonight but licking the floor of my garden shed would have been a nicer experience. Food was delivered on time but had no reason to charge so much. Without doubt the worst online burger I have ever had, the fries were as hard as nails, the burger may have been moist some time in the past but was no longer, the bun may have been fresh once, but not in my life time and it takes a great deal of skill to remove all of the flavour from ingredients, I guess this is a new feature of such an expensive restaurant. Rubbish, just rubbish in every way. What a complete waste of money…….

Coleslaw missing, fries cold, ribs cold, starter tasteless and watery. Bad experience glad we didn’t pay for steak! Would not recommend at all!

Poor, missing sauce from starter, half sized portions for main, really dissatisfied, utter waste of money. if The quality the of takeout service is poor, bearing in mind it’s the same price as the restaurant, if they cannot offer the same in quality they need to stop offering takeout service.

The driver decided to deliver my food to another address? This takeaway isn't cheap? I think you should employ people who can read and care? Just a thought? I won't be using this service again.
