Order was originally meant to arrive at 22:00, kept getting delayed after the order left the restaurant and the courier was in the same spot for 15-20 minutes. By the time the food arrived at 22:45 it was completely cold. I wasn’t given an option to cancel the order due to the long delay. The driver explained he had issues with his car and that was the reason for the delay which is understandable but I am unhappy as I spent £82 on this order and it was completely cold and unenjoyable.

Normally I order from miller and carter and it comes perfect, food is very nice and cooked to the best standard. However, when I ordered today I got a burger and found a plaster in my burger and when I found out that was in my burger I was disgusted. I was told by the restaurant to complain to just eat and nothing else could be done about the order.

A little bit about us

Beef is a labour of love at Miller & Carter. We put everything into pursuing the perfect steak, from the field to the butcher’s block to the grill, so only the finest, most flavoursome cuts make your plate. We are not able to provide delivery and self-collection meals for guests with food allergies or intolerances at this time. However, we can cater for specific dietary requirements at our restaurant so please visit and eat in with us instead. Our kitchens use ingredients containing the following allergens: Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Crustaceans, Egg, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia nuts), Peanuts, Sesame, Soya and Sulphites (over 10ppm) and there is a risk of cross contamination from these allergens.
