Millie's Cookies - Glasgow Buchanan I am really disappointed with lack of service the order ended up extremely late without explanation why or a simple phone call to say sorry for the delay in the order. I have reported the issue to JUST EAT customer service team and they were so understanding so they given me a refund. Next time I order I will attend the shop. Drivr said town was busy still no excuse should of called.

Did not follow delivery address, hung up on me when he called and still didn’t immediately follow texted instructions without prompting from a stranger. No straw sent with milkshake!

Despite my delivery instructions asking the driver to bring to a specific entrance and call me on arrival, the delivery was taken to the wrong entrance and just left on an empty table. After waiting at the correct entrance for 10 minutes after my order status was marked as delivered, I then went to check in case the driver was at another entrance, only to find my food left unattended.
