This has been reported before but I hot no response. I ordered no parsley to be added to my dish, as I do not like the taste, but the order arrived covered with parsley. I'll not be ordering again as, firstly, no response from my original complaint & any form of dislikes or allergies are not taken into account

Ordered at 18:30, it’s now 20:38 and no sign of it coming any time soon.

Usually we order from this restaurant and food is always good and arriving on time however in a week we ordered twice and they messed up twice, food arrived very late, over an hour once and two hours later the second time, food was also cold. I guess you lost me as a customer.

Hello Gabriella, I am extremely sorry about this occurrence, We now once again have a full team in place and are making huge improvements to delivery wait times and in store wait times, during January we experienced some issues with staff and drivers but we have resolved that now. Please give us a chance on your next order. And please call the shop to let us know you ordered and we would be happy to put a few extra things from us as an apology for your previous orders.
