Customer support sent you a message to let you know when the store closed, so you would be able to pick-up your order. You chose collection, and so this was an error on your behalf. The store did NOTHING to merit your 1* review. In future take your time when placing an order so as you press the correct option. Your order is still set aside, if you place a new order and leave a message regarding previous order, I will gladly attach to your new order and you will receive both orders.
