Straws are quite important for a Boba tea in which we did not get any. Got told we would get some and haven’t heard anything for 45minutes. The ice has now melted in our boba and will not taste the same. Not great service if you ask me straws being the most important aspect of the drink and then not being contacted to let us know whats going on.
