I ordered at 12.35, delivery time was 20-35 minutes, it should have arrived no later than 1,10pm, the order got accepted at 12.36, it arrived at 2,15pm. I am extremely disappointed as I couldn't cancel it and get a refund despite of all the waiting. Something similar happened last week where I had to cancel a delivery for lack of drivers and use an alternative provider. I will no longer use just eat.
