Hi Sir, We are sorry to hear that your food was cold. All our food before it's handed to the Uber drivers are prepared fresh and piping hot. Unfortunately we can't control how long the app takes to allocate a driver and how many orders they may do before yours. Due to factors such as distance of delivery, multiple deliveries by the driver or the driver putting other delivery items such as cold drinks on or next to your food can impact the temperature in transit.
