Delivery driver could not find the big white block I live in. Hence food was cold. The drink ordered was NOT in with the order. A full refund should be forthcoming. This is not the first time I have had issues with this restaurant.

The estimated time for delivery was 15-30mins when placing my order. However, the order took over 50mins to be delivered from the time of order. The food arrived cold and missing half of my order.

Mylo I am so sorry you got the wrong order driver took 2 orders then he gave you wrong order I don’t employ the driver you time of the delivery until just eat send the driver we don’t cook any food after driver collected I don’t have any control where he go or how many orders he got I have full CCTV evidence we only cook the food when driver inside the restaurant if not we don’t cook nowadays drivers got all 3 Apps so I don’t know how many orders he one time I am sure we don’t cook until driver inside the restaurant I hope you understand my side of the story
