Sunday 05 January 2025The driver was obnoxious, raising his voice because my door number accidently did not go on the order. Approached me in a manly manor shouting at me for a code. That next time i do my order properly.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by not receiving your order. To ensure food safety, we never let drivers leave without accepting the order. However, in rare cases, fraudulent drivers may accept and take the food, or leave without confirming the order. In such situations, we recommend reporting this to the delivery platform immediately. If informed, we also liaise with the platform and can prepare your order again to resolve the issue. We’re sorry for what happened and will do our best to provide you with excellent service next time.
