Sunday 08 December 2024Worst app/store! Waited for more than 3 hours to get my order without any update. No chat support, only the delivery girl was very kind and polite. There was no way to find any help and I had to spend two hours to go through someone to reminde the store that they forgot my order. They haven’t even given a small complimentary voucher for this disaster, they just keep my order without an option to cancel, get my money and order from somewhere else.

I was waiting since 12pm it kept delaying, there was no notification of driver is on the way! all of a sudden I get notification food was delivered at 14pm. no call no ringing door bell nothing! I want my money back and never ordering from here again! I need my refund back
