Sunday 01 December 2024paid in full. order never arrived said delivered. disabled retired lady 2 dogs no money or food till Friday when I was forced to borrow money. I'd no coffee, bread, milk or dogfood they had beans I had nothing. it takes seconds for you to take my money and up to 5 working days to get it back if you're lucky. you're a disgrace and I'm not the only one!

Saturday 23 November 2024nearly 3 hours, and has delivered somebody else's order not mine so I have not received any of my original order after waiting 3 hours expect a full refund. had to go out and d o a shop myself am p#ss wet through and not happy at all. Regards Alex Hossack ( pensioner).

Saturday 23 November 2024Driver found my house by the directions given 👍 estimate was 10.30 when ordered which slipped to 11.07 (which was delivered at 11.07). Items were "out of stock" despite being there yesterday..2kg was incorrect, I would have ordered "fat free" if I wanted it. I can only assume wrong items are due to Morrisons inattention and knowledge of store layout.
