terrible completely stone cold and not even in a sealed bag. came in a box that was fully open meaning the food was fully exposed and could be containment by anything 😳 the worst order I've ever received gone straight in the bin

i ordered food around 9am there are diversions in stratford that people are aware of its not a new situation food arrived cold and late. there are diversion signs in place and my address is easily accessesible. i would like a full refund please this is not acceptable

The food was extremely disappointing, it was either greasy, undercooked or overcooked. half of it had clearly been sat under a heat lamp for a couple of hours, and some of it had barely seen any cooking device. Not to mention the missing toast that I paid extra for. I'm not impressed as this is not their usual standard, clearly have unqualified people working on a Sunday. Inedible food, I expect a full refund.
