Didn’t turn up. Order remained at delivered by 11.30 until 12.15 … when amazingly it changed to delivered at 11.15 ( I have screenshots showing times). On a Friday my mom ( who I care for and suffers from Alzheimer’s) likes to buy breakfast, I am unable to give her her meds until she has eaten, so I gave up and made her a sandwich. The lack of update / cancellation is what is most annoying and just eat are now taking longer than I consider good service processing my refund.
