Thursday 21 November 2024Ordered 3 items, 1 out of stock which says I’ll get refunded for when delivery driver turned up there was another item missing, which he said he’d sort bit abruptly. Phoned shop to be told they don’t have one of my other items either but wasn’t told it was out of stock. £14 for 1 item worth just under £5 bit of a joke best get refunded for both missing items. And lady on phone needs to work on customer service skills. Sorry
