Great food, great service, but after spending nearly £30 I find it annoying that they charge me 25p for a paper bag then expect me to tip the driver a minimum of £1 ….. you stop charging me 25p for a paper bag and I’ll tip the driver

Delivery time was 30 mins - went up to 1 hour and 10 mins wait time. Food arrived freezing cold, chips were hard and dry, burger bun was soggy. Only positive was the quality of the meat however the burger lacked flavour.

Good burger, but the second time I've ordered both the fries and the burger were over-salted. I've only tried it twice but for now I'll say it's a bit inconsistent. I'll try again and will see how it goes
