In error I chose pick up - they phoned at 8.30 to say the order was ready - when I realised mistake they said not to worry they would deliver it - I offered to pay delivery or to pick up but they said it was no problem and no charge - it arrived very quickly and the quality was as good as it always is

The chips weren't cooked to the standard I am used to, I wasn't offered a free drink, when you spend over £25 ,I will miss ordering from this establishment, I think I have spent hundreds of pounds over the last few years

I asked for chilli sauce and none was supplied, really disappointed! Eating a kebab without chilli sauce is like having chips with no salt or vinegar
