My order took quite a while to arrive (longer than the 10 - 15 minutes stated online) and the delivery driver must have taken a long route, or was delivering other orders. He then tried to deliver my order to my neighbour’s house. So as a result my food was tepid and the sauce was congealed, so I didn’t finish my meal … disappointing

Delivery time was a little later than I specified in the app but they promptly communicated a slightly later arrival time range to me and actual delivery was right at the start of this range. The food itself was great as usual.
