they were late and didn't include my paid for drink in the order. Portion size of biriyani was small for the price paid and compared to Shimla spice.

The driver put order delivered and left it outside on the door step the food was cold! Because we was expecting them to knock on the door on delivery! There was no tea with the order!

Very ptgetic delivery.The rider was shouting at my very first order. And at tge gate when my kids were hungry he took back tge food and said go complain wherever you want to.

Hi Usman, I am extremely sorry to hear of this. However, just eat drivers are nothing to do with us. They are sent in an automated manner by Just Eat themselves. In the future, please pass such complaints to just eat directly as this is not something we can help with.

my order was delayed many time and at the end of waiting awfully the app cancelled it.staff at mombay store did not even respond with curtsy..it was worse..👎..never wanna order from this app and store again..

One reason why this may have occurred is lack of delivery drivers from Just Eat. Unfortunately we could not help here, as we did not even know of your order. We hope your next experience is a better one!
