Ordered food at 9pm, delivery time said half 10 which is a bit ridiculous in the first place for 2 desserts and a milkshake which are just slapped in a box, got to 11pm tried ringing 3 times only to go to straight to voicemail. Put in on just eat order is late and got a text saying it would be here at 11:25 and it’s only just went out for delivery, I live 2 mins up the road how. Only received the food at 11:45pm which is an absolute joke for food that was ordered nearly 3 hours ago. APPALING

Unfortunately on Friday night quite a lot of roads were closed off in and around Bangor/ARDS/millisle for one reason or another. As a result there was quite a knock on effect getting orders delivered on time. We always strive to achieve 200% customer satisfaction and apologize if we didn't achieve that this time.
