Was supposed to arrive 5:35-55 was 45 minutes late. Portion was unusually and incredibly small as well. Literally have ordered from here so many times and this time the size was almost half the normal cookie dough size. I already wanted to cancel when the delivery was late but didn't know how to and now that I've opened the box and saw how tiny the cookie dough is I actually feel insulted. I spent £8-9 on incredibly late delivery and the portion is a joke. I took photos of it too if needed. I understand the driver may not be at fault and there may or may not have been traffic - but I on the receiving end am not happy with the service or what I ordered. I don't think I will order again after this to avoid the same disappointment and waste of money. I believe I should be refunded - for late delivery and absolute joke of the cookie dough size. I could have made my own cookie dough within that time. It was also cold by the time it arrived - usually it comes on time, normal portion and is still hot/warm.

Worst dessert I have ever had. That wasn’t even cookie dough and no biscoff. Milkshake was tasteless and with no straw as well.

The fact that it took so long to arrive made me hope the taste would make up for it. Nope. It was okay to say the least. Edible. But I’ve had better. The cookie dough was way too crumbly, could barely pick it up with my folk. The portion was atrocious. Didn’t expect it to be that small. So overall, bad experience. Can’t believe it took almost an hour for this. The vanilla ice cream on the side was the only thing I actually enjoyed.

I only picked this option for the quick delivery advertised (15-30 minutes) but it took 1 hour!! Biscoff cookie dough was decent. Portions look very small but it’s a thick slice and it filling. Taste wise can’t complain.
The really, REALLY special ones that are here for a good time not a long time.
