Tuesday 03 December 2024Ordered for delivery ASAP, took over 45 mins to deliver a chicken shish and chips/pita 1 mile from the shop. it arrived luke-warm, that's a generous description. Whilst it was reheating I called the shop, nothing to do with them - they just cooked it and packaged it, it's Just Eat, their driver - complain to them and get a refund. Tried that via the website, clicked cold food, bingo £4.42 refund offered for an order that cost over £17. Hindsight, take it to the shop and demand a full refund.

Wednesday 25 September 2024I ordered from Nefis as it is very close to my home and I was let down on another order from a different restaurant who cancelled at the last minute. Nefis were able to prepare and deliver a replacement meal very promptly. The kebab was delicious and the chips were so crisp I could have been in Nefis eating them.
