over 2 hours from ordering to delivery. I used the option on the app to get a time update. they updated. said 10 mins. ended up being another 20 mins. I requested a partial refund due to it being ridiculously late. denied. when I eventually received the order. the milkshake was wrapped up in cling film. leaking. the lid wasn't on correctly. so when I tried to unwrap it. it went everywhere. granted this isn't entirely their fault. but it was the last straw for me. I enjoyed the 1/3 I had left.
