My order was showing as delivered at 20.15. After several calls to try and locate my order between 20.30 and 21:00 I was able to speak with the manager. After claiming it was his new drivers fault, he accepted he should take responsibility. I was told he would arrange a full refund and credit to use at their restaurant. He told me he would call the following day to arrange. My food arrived at 21.30 and was cold. I have also not received the call back as promised. Completely unacceptable.

Food was horrible, didn’t taste like chicken, was mushy and tasteless, masala was soapy. Really disappointed as Gurkha kitchen usually excellent

Need to do some shopping before you can eat this evening, Well why not let New Gurkha Kitchen do the honours and try some Nepalese food, all you have to do is log on to jus-teat.co.uk and browse the menu and order for delivery at a time of your choosing, just don't let the boss see or he will be well jel.
