Brie bites came without the sauce or salad - completely dry not edible . The mini Yorkshire pudding sliders were described with gravy for dipping - unfortunately had no gravy whatsoever so again pretty in-edible. The chocolate brownie was rock hard almost broke my teeth trying to take a bite, brownies should be soft on the inside or at least a little bit soft . Really disappointed as I was really looking forward to trying out this place for the first time but sadly couldn’t even eat it :-(

Expected better from a really expensive takeaway (£68 for 2 adults, 3 children). The two bacon and cheese burgers were missing the bacon and the pulled brisket burger was missing the pig in blanket. For the price (around £16 a burger) the amount of fries was probably smaller than the smallest McDonald's portion. Should have stuck with Macky Dees for half the price - won't be using again.

Took over an hour to arrive, cold, with an item missing. So excited for the return of the Christmas menu, but should have saved my time and money. Honest estimated delivery times would be a big help - if the restaurant is so busy, i'll pass.

Delivery time delayed a few times, even though driver was there 10 minutes after ordering. When food arrived 1 hour 15 mins later, the food was cold.
