Really disappointed. We order from here at least once / twice a month and have never had an experience like today. Food improperly packaged which meant ramen broth leaked, got into other containers giving us soggy dumplings. Missing item also meant one of our party had no mochi / pudding. Not a great start to the weekend. Food was also cold on arrival.

Unfortunately, this is the third time that they have forgotten to put grated cheese on my jacket potato and this was stated on the receipt as an extra cost item. As this has been a few times now I probably won’t be ordering from here in future.
