I waited 3 hours for delivery and even then it was not a just eat driver who delivered it. the restaurant had to send their own driver and the just eat courier turned up at my address with nothing and a bad attitude.. to top it off the food had been sat under a heat lamp for 2 hours and was cold and mushy by the time I got it and then you only give me £10 back on my £40 order. I should have received a full refund but you can't get hold of anyone to complain as you have made sure of that.

Food was over a hour late daughter crying as she needed to eat by the time it cane she was asleep couldent cancel or get any help terrible service

Food was good, but the delivery driver tried to hand me a religious pamphlet after handing over my order. I didn't want it, and suggest you inform your drivers never to hand over any stuff relating to their beliefs again. I want food, not preaching.
