Sunday 08 September 2024I recently made an order for an item which did not arrive and was marked as delivered . Using my account credit on my app . I rang the shop up after this happened and they said my order was cancelled due to stock shortage . My order was not cancelled on my receipt it was marked as delivered and now I’m having a carry on getting my 20 pound refund back . Will not be using this service again.
