Sunday 16 June 2024System said my order had been delivered, it hadn't, I went outside, the delivery driver was stood in the street. I asked him to bring my order over, he refused, I had no shoes on and had to walk 20/30 yards to retrieve my order. No phone call from the driver, no apology, no manners. Dreadful service.

Tuesday 07 May 2024Absolutely deserves a good review. One of the best experiences of using delivery service anywhere for anything. Gentleman from the shop rang to explain didn't have a drink I'd ordered and told me what alternatives could have, and brought me an equivalent if not more expensive bottle instead as replacement.... Everything else was correct, and the speed was insane. Delivery guy also very nice and delivered right to.my flat door. Excellent service, one very happy repeat customer!
