They don't even call you to see if you want a replacement match like there supposed to! i know this as i work in a onestop store!!!! won't be using this shop again!!!!

Thursday 27 June 2024Totally disgraceful and practically theft from the One Stop. Made an order for a total of £79 and atleat 5 items were missing to the value of £36. Filled in missing items refund request and this has just been denied! I would not order with this shop as something in their process isn't working and customers are taking the cost of their mistakes!
