Friday 28 June 2024My order never arrived although, it said delivered! I have been waiting for two and a half hours. I have sent a complaint via the app but have to wait days for a reply. So at the moment, I am left without my order and minus almost £50! I am really annoyed, upset and don't know what to do right now. Finding an actual human to speak to is impossible. They have probably delivered my order to the wrong address and some rather questionable people have kept their mouths shut and accepted it.
