Saturday 24 August 2024This was not delivered to my address. How do I get a refund? If no refund is forthcoming I want photographic evidence of delivery. Previous orders have been sent to the wrong adress. Your driver was at the wrong building shouting at me on the phone.

Friday 02 August 2024Order has never arrived so paid my money for absolutely nothing. Although the driver has out delivered. I spoke to him on the phone and said he will be with me in two minutes and never turned up so he knows it wasn’t delivered. After complaining I have heard nothing back and still out of pocket.

Saturday 27 July 2024WHY DID YOUR WEBSITE CHANGE OUR ADDRESS? The default saved address has the correct postcode, & I CLICKED IT, but the website auto-changed the postcode to the WRONG ONE. The delivery driver made it to us, but your faulty site gave them the wrong info!
