Thursday 29 August 2024Just eat are a shambles of a company. They picked up my order however picked up the WRONG order. The order was then delivered upon checking i was fortunate to catch the driver who returned my order to the shop. The driver then REFUSED to deliver my correct order! Just Eat think its ok just to refund me my order value well thats the least you can so since i didnt receive it! They also thanks me for my understanding well let me assure i am not understanding at all! Pathetic customer service!
