Friday 23 August 2024One item was unavailable, which is fine, it happens sometimes. Two items were sent in error, though: I ordered chocolate digestive slices and they sent chocolate digestive biscuits instead; I ordered caramel digestive slices and they delivered caramel digestive biscuits instead. Thats a lack of attention and isn’t really fine.

Sunday 04 August 2024I paid fir a bag and my delivery wasn't in a bag .My cheese was squashed and damaged around an elastic band holding in cigarettes with it . The cheese had a sticker attached to it with the elastic band underneath it and I've had to cut it off further damaging the cheese ! Disgusting ! I'm having to waste the majority of it ! Furthermore when you are charged for a bag you expect a bag ! A waste of cheese I was expecting and paid for !
