Wrong order delivered. Food included I have allergies too. Called the restaurant and they told me they can’t do anything I should just order another and I’ve got to go through just eat and they’ll refund me

Hi Meg, as advised on the phone this is Just Eats policy. We use drivers provided by just eat so don't have any capably to redeliver any food hence why we advised to reorder this and then get a refund which they would happily done.

This is nothing to do with the shop and this review is only on the shops performance! We use JustEAT drivers and they will not be aware of this if you don't let them know directly. Hopefully you get this issue resolved and give us a fair chance again as it was something out of our shops control.

I paid 12£ for tiny little kebab. It took me literally 6 bites to eat it. Smallest kebab I ever ate. Massively overpriced.

Hi Julian, you asked about the price when you came in to collect and staff explained to you that its 'Massively overpriced' due to the fact that JustEat has a commission (43%) charged. In future maybe as suggested by staff order directly from us if you're collecting. Thanks Our Plaice
