Wednesday 27 November 2024I ordered A Combo platter which you get 2 large sides, they gave me two small boxes of chips, i had wrote in the notes for my 2nd large side i want garlic bread, they decided not to give it, and stated my chips that re suppose to be large, they were small boxes. ive had this issues before and proved the staff wrong in regards to what i am suppose to get, i gave the benefit of doubt and order again to have same result, they now lost a long ordering customer because the staff just likes to argue

Sunday 24 November 2024I have had a consistently disappointing experience attempting to order from this establishment via Just Eat. On multiple occasions, my orders were accepted but subsequently canceled. After inquiring about the issue, I was informed that the cancellations were due to the application of a stamp card discount, which I had earned as a regular customer. Despite explaining this, I was told that the decision came from the “big boss,” who does not permit orders with stamp card discounts to be fulfilled.
If this is the case, the business should not participate in the stamp card program, as it creates a misleading and frustrating experience for loyal customers. This practice reflects poorly on their operations and is not a sustainable way to retain clientele. I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will be reporting this matter directly to Just Eat for review.
It’s disappointing to witness such disregard for customer loyalty. This approach is likely alienating many other customers, and it is unfortunate to see a business operate in this manner.

Sunday 24 November 2024I ordered before few times and everything was fine but this time they cancelled my order and didn't let me know, waited over an hour and then when I rang then they said its cancelled because of cash payment...

Friday 25 October 2024the food is really nice especially the milkshakes. I ordered no salad on my parmasan however the rest of the food makes up for it. I would definitely order from here again.
