Saturday 16 November 2024Food was tasty and fresh, but wait time was abysmal. Ordered for collection which said it would be 50 mins, arrived on time and was told it wouldn't be too long and to wait in the car. Waited for a full further hour in the car before food was ready. Restaurant could have just been more realistic in the first place about wait and then we could have decided to order or not - and could have waited warm in the house!

Hi Stewart I’m sorry you received your order half a hour later than expected. Due to the high demand last night it was the best we could do. We did phone you to explain which you said you understood. For your free crackers you will need to click for it when you get to your basket. We only cook what’s on our check. Everything we cook is fresh to order which we pride ourselves in so it being not hot is not possible. Hope you give us a try again in the near future. Kind regards pad t’aye
