Thursday 16 January 2025never actually arrived. rang restaurant and they claimed it was Just Eat problem.

Wednesday 15 January 2025Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6pm. Just Eat app stated delivered at 6.50pm. It wasn't. Rung the branch at 7.10pm who stated food handed to driver. Still not arrived at 7.20pm. No attempt to contact driver. No offer to re-make / deliver and told just to contact Just Eat.

Tuesday 24 December 2024my order is now 40 mins late I have had no messages or calls to even say my just eat driver is lost etc… the restaurant is now closed and my food is still not here I’d rather you have just cancelled my order than not even bothered to make it and charge me for it plus the delivery I paid for and clearly haven’t received
